Halloween: The Game launched digitally on September 8, 2026 at 9 AM PT. Digital Deluxe pre-orders could play through Advance Access from September 4 at 9 AM PT; physical editions follow on October 6.

Digital launch time
The official launch notice gives a single reference: September 8, 2026 at 9 AM PT. That is 16:00 UTC, 5 PM in the UK during British Summer Time, and midnight at the start of September 9 in China Standard Time.
Storefronts can display a local calendar day. Use the platform where you intend to play as the final unlock authority if its countdown disagrees with a converted time.
Advance Access was a Deluxe benefit
Digital Deluxe pre-orders received Advance Access beginning September 4 at 9 AM PT. It was an earlier play window for the same game, not a separate Early Access development branch.
The Digital Deluxe Edition could still be purchased during the Advance Access period according to the official pre-order FAQ. The digital pre-order Phantom Michael Myers skin ended with the pre-order period and is separate from the launch date.
Physical release
The official physical-editions notice sets October 6, 2026 for the Physical Standard and Limited Collector’s Editions on PS5 and Xbox Series X. Both follow the September 8 digital launch.
If you need the game on launch day, choose a digital storefront. If you want a disc or collector item, confirm the retailer’s stock and delivery date rather than assuming a pre-order arrives on October 6.
